The rent includes the use of the apartment, kitchen, and all furniture.

All additional costs (German: Nebenkosten) are covered by a fixed flat fee of 140 Euros per month. This includes heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, cleaning, insurance and others. There is no complicated final settlement (Nebenkostenabrechnung) and no hidden costs.

Yes, the apartments are fully furnished to a high standard, including a kitchen, furniture, and all typical household items. A mattress is provided; however, for hygienic reasons, personal linen items such as blankets, bedsheets, and towels are only included in the short-term rental option or available upon request.

The rental deposit consists of two months' rent, payable before the handover of the apartment.

The general building and all common areas are serviced. For the apartments, a mandatory professional end cleaning is required for hygienic reasons at the end of the rental period.

During the rental period, a cleaning service can be arranged at the tenant’s expense.
